Responsibilities
Work with local and global EC teams to drive and increase sales performance of the company website and 3rd party platforms. Execute on-site strategies for the website and 3rd party platforms to maximize demand, margin, and inventory levels, working to improve the customer journey and satisfaction overall.
Main responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing for the daily and weekly site operations for all activity on the company website.
  • Partner with the Head of E-commerce and HQ counterparts to manage site initiatives to drive performance of the e-commerce channel.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams (EC, Merchandising, Marketing, Logistics, etc.) to ensure a best-in-class online shopping experience, while providing key insights and regular reporting utilizing Google Analytics.

  • Site Management
    • Manage daily site operations including product merchandising, content management and site audits.
    • Work with Site Ops Assistant and E-commerce team at HQ to manage any site issues (image, product, etc.).
    • Work with Site Ops Assistant and local MD team to manage inventory levels and replenishment on site.
    • Assist with CS/Logistics coordination (order inquiries, etc.)
    • Complete testing for all upcoming site releases and new projects
    • Assist with project coordination with cross-functional teams (local and global) for all EC initiatives.
    • Conduct regular site audits and competitor analysis.
  • Site Management (3rd Party Platforms)
    • Responsible for managing all operations for multiple 3rd party platforms, including all site operations, reporting, promotion planning, and inventory management.

Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, site operations, planning is a must.
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and driven; able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while taking initiative to improve performance and the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese

Preferred qualifications:
  • 3rd party platform management experience (e.g. Rakuten Fashion, Zozo, etc.) nice to have.
  • Experience with CMS and Analytics platforms (e.g. SFCC, Google Analytics), highly preferred.
