Main responsibilities:
- Content creation
- Design and produce engaging visual content (images, graphics, videos, etc.) for specific platforms and devices.
- Write compelling copy to accompany your visual content and align it with your brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Cooperation
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams (including IMG) to understand campaign objectives, seasonality, and specific content needs.
- Participate in team meetings and gather input to ensure alignment with sales promotions, product launches, and other marketing efforts.
- Content strategy
- Stay on top of the latest trends in content creation, design, and e-commerce to ensure your content stays fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotions.
- Take advantage of images and content already pooled by IMG and global teams.
- Device-specific content
- Create content tailored to different devices such as PCs and smartphones to ensure optimal viewing and engagement.
- Test and optimize your content for different screen sizes and resolutions.
- Quality assurance:
- Ensure all content meets high quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders and analytics.
- Content analysis
- Monitor content performance metrics to measure engagement and effectiveness.
- Use insights from analytics to refine and improve your content strategy.
- Continuous learning
- Stay up to date with the latest tools and software for content creation and design.
- Attend workshops, webinars, or courses to improve your skills and stay ahead in the field of content creation.
- Feedback implementation
- Gather feedback on the effectiveness of your content from your sales and marketing teams.
- Make any necessary modifications to your content based on your feedback to meet your campaign objectives.
- Managing content repositories
- Organize and manage repositories of created content for easy access and reuse.
- Ensure all content is properly backed up and archived.
- Brand integrity
- Ensure all content created is consistent with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content supports overall brand purpose and strategy.
