Responsibilities
As an advertiser for auto, motorcycle, and fire insurance, the Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing activities aimed at acquiring new customers and increasing awareness and interest in the company.The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing response, efficiency, and KPI management by utilizing online advertising and collaborating with relevant internal departments and external partners.
Main responsibilities:
  • Conduct media planning and effectiveness verification of online advertising.
  • In cooperation with advertising agencies, review online advertising measures, determine improvement measures and operational policies.
  • Direct the production of listing ads, banner ads, video ads, etc.
  • Coordination and progress with related internal and external personnel for implementation of measures.
  • Progress, analysis, and reporting of each measure, and PDCA execution of each measure.
  • Relationships Main parties involved
    • Internal: Related departments
    • External: Various advertising agencies, production companies, etc
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Able to communicate and build cooperative relationships with relevant personnel both inside and outside the company.
  • Flexibility to absorb new technologies and ideas, and to make proposals.
  • Those who can think and act proactively rather than passively
  • Knowledge and experience in online advertising such as listings, banners, video, SNS, etc. (Experience in online advertising management at an advertising agency, business company, etc.)
  • Basic PC operation skills such as Excel and PowerPoint
