Our client is one of the worlds largest and most successful life insurance companies in the market.

Responsibilities

We are managing data and AI use-cases promoting data-driven culture where everyone uses data to make effective decisions quickly covering all the company entities (life insurance/ non-life insurance).In this context, we need to understand various business-users’ requirements from different entities (life insurance and non-life insurance), sales methods (face-to-face, agent, web direct etc.), as well as to analyze and visualize what needs to be achieved, while effectively managing and delivering each Use Case with appropriate resource and cost management.
Main responsibilities:

• Product Management
  • Managing Use Cases, proposing top line improvement and business process improvement measures to business users from a perspective of data-driven team, provide technical implementation support.
  • Promote IT development and data analysis in collaboration with data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, etc. in order to effectively realize Use Cases.
• Communication
  • Flexible communication skills and a proactive attitude are required; it is important to understand the various stakeholders of different entities of the Group companies and seamlessly apply communication style that they require.
• Technical Skills
  • Manage projects on cloud platforms such as AWS while leading the development team using Agile development methods. 

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Experience of Product/project manager or business analyst experience
• Experienced in breaking down high-level business requirements into IT development tasks/Communication skills
• Basic knowledge of data analysis (statistics, machine learning, etc.)
• Programming skills (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
• Proactive and responsible for each own attributed project or task and deliver it with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills within the team, with other teams and business users

Preferred qualifications:

• Practical experience in Agile development (frameworks such as Scrum development and Kanban)
• Experience in planning and budgeting business improvement plans related to data analysis and data science
• Experience in the insurance industry
