Responsibilities

• Understand the customer's requirements by meeting with customer. and narrow down customer's requirement for internal testing.
• Support building up customer's solution at customer's site (with partner). including proposal for customer.
• New product demonstation/introduction to customer.
• Prepare script / tool if customer neccesary.
• Product training for partner.
• Technical training for partner.
• Support to solve/analyze customer's problem/issue. Reporting analysis result to customer.

Requirements

• 3yrs to 5yrs FAE experience for Linux based product.
• Good communication skill to communicate with customer.
• Good logical thinking way to solve / analyze customer's problem/issue.
• Knowledge for network. (TCP/IP, WiFi, Ethernet, etc.)
• Log analysis experience for Linux log. To find out the root cause of the issue/problem.
• Native Japanese　and reading/ writing communication in English or Chinese/Tiwanese.
• Office software.

5.5 - 8.5 million yen
