Responsibilities

業務内容：

• EC 事業拡大に向けた、事業部長とのコミュニケーションを中心に、年間事業計画の作成、KPI 管理、チームビルディング
• マーケティングカレンダーに沿ったEC 戦略の作成とチームへの落とし込み、進捗確認
• EC 運営に関わる作業全般のフォロー

Requirements

必須要件：

• KPI 管理、オペレーションマネジメント、収支管理
• 配下スタッフの教育、労務管理
• 小売業界、EC 業界の包括的な知識と経験
• 自社EC サイト、モールの運営経験
• インフルエンサーマーケティング、SNS 広告運用
• EC サイトを構成するシステムの基本的な知識(SAP 、API 連携、FTP など
