- Responsibilities

- Demonstrate technical selling skills and understanding of EPC projects
- Create a business plan in coordination with other teams and team members manager in order to acquire new customers and develop existing ones
- Communicate effectively with overseas partners
- Demonstrate the basic skills required to understand pricing and proposal models for our products
- Maintain a project pipeline using CRM and other basic computer tools
- Conduct effective sales proposal presentations and develop a network with all the shareholders of EPC projects
- Requirements

- Engineering background with EPC projects OR/AND extensive sales experience in EPC projects.
- Native or Fluent Japanese (N1), English Business level (Good speaking favored over high TOEIC score)
- Experience in related fields: Instrumentation, piping (esp. plastic), large pumps or valves experience a plus.
- Experience in Global Business big plus
- Gas, Oil, Water Treatment industry experience
