Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 外資系アカウント向けのソリューション提案
• 外資系企業（施主）アセットマネジメント部門、ファシリティマネジメント部門への各種ソリューションの提案（中央監視、セキュリティ、HVAC&R、省エネルギー、ファシリティマネジメント、改修・リニューアル工事等）
• 既存顧客とのリレーション強化
• 各支店のソリューション営業との連携および支援
• APAC 同アカウント担当者との連携およびレポーティング
• クライアント先 APAC との電話会議対応

Requirements

必須要件：

• 建設業界の全般的な知識（建築・設備・ファシリティマネジメント）
• 外資系企業・施主向け営業経験
• 上級レベルの英語力
