- Structure all product related work in regards to function, quality, cost and timeline
Coordinate the work packages of Development and ensure timely decisions in Core Team and Extended Team
Create transparency of the Sub-team progress and ensure proper reporting
Ensure customer requirements and confirm feasibility (related to product functions) and create lists of requirements/specifications for purchased components and submit to project buyer
Conduct functional analysis/ Design-FMEA (incl. list of critical functions)
Ensure availability, validation and release of prototypes and coordinate all related activities (e.g. with internal or external prototype shops)
