当グループとして基幹システムなどのデータ活用基盤構築を推進中であり、これに当社の事業固有の情報を加え、当社として経営管理、経験・ノウハウ利活用による。業務効率化に必要な情報を収集・活用できるデータ基盤（iPaas）を企画・導入業務を担当。併せて、データ連携の設定定義・運用ルール立案・データ管理、並びに、データ分析手法・活用ツール提案・導入を行う。
グループ各社 基幹(生産)システムモダナイゼーション推進とりまとめ
グループ各社で運用されている基幹(生産)システム全体に対し、グループ各社と協議し、システム対応要件のとりまとめと、全体日程計画とりまとめ・進捗フォローを行う。
DX教育プログラムの立案・推進
学習・実務経験・資格・保有スキルに基づくDX人材レベル定義の立案、DX人材レベル開発 教育プランの企画・運営。
事業活動DXによる業務効率化(ユースケース)実行におけるIT技術支援デジタル活用による業務効率化テーマを事業部門と共同で実行する。実行計画立案支援、必要データの抽出・提供、データ分析・活用方法の提案・支援、デジタルツールの提案・支援を行う。
