  Responsibilities

  当社は、経理ディレクター1名、国内担当シニアアカウンタント1名、海外担当アカウンタント1名のチームで業務を遂行しています。しかし、さらなる成長と上場に向けた月次業務の早期化を目指し、新たに経理マネジャーを募集します。経理マネジャーとして、あなたにはアカウンタント2名のマネジメントと共に、月次・年次決算をリードしていただきます。日本の上場企業での決算経験や海外子会社の経理経験を存分に活かせるポジションです。さらに、監査法人からの資料依頼への対応もあり、特に決算時にはその頻度が増します。その他、税理士に依頼する申告書の作成のための元データ作成も社内で行っています。
  業務内容：
  経理メンバーのマネジメント
  仕訳のレビュー
  試算表のレビュー
  決算業務（月次決算、四半期決算、年度決算）の管理
  現金出納、振込、経費精算などの承認・レビュー
  税務申告サポート（外部税理士が申告）、毎月サポート＆レビューあり
  監査対応（年次決算）、計算書類作成、事業報告書作成
  業務フロー改善、構築（業務拡大により経理システム変更を検討中）
  事業部門からの問い合わせ対応
  海外決算のレビュー（各拠点の現地会計コンサルティングも毎月レビュー実施）
