■当業務の面白み・魅力少数精鋭メンバーで構成しており、任される業務範囲が広く、各個人の存在価値を実感しながら業務に取り組める環境があります。その中で予算・業績管理などの管理会計業務を経験することができます。管理会計業務は、会社にとって重要かつ責任の大きい業務である一方で、大きなやりがいも感じられます。また、業務を通じて、本社・工場・各拠点の方々と幅広い人間関係を構築でき、様々なプロジェクトや改善活動を経験することも出来ます。
■働き方・働く環境【職場の雰囲気や募集部門のメンバー構成】経理部門は、本社と工場の２ヵ所に分かれており、ともに管理職、中堅先輩社員、若手社員が在籍しています。
そのうち工場は、比較的年齢が若く、フラットに議論・相談を行える活発な職場です。
必要に応じてテレワークも活用でき、臨機応変な業務スタイルが可能です。
