新規事業に関する業界のマーケット分析、課題の発掘
課題解決に繋がるサービス・プロダクトの考案およびフィジビリティ活動
戦略的顧客開発やアライアンス推進、アカウントマネジメント等のセールス活動
サービス・プロダクト開発におけるエンジニア組織との協力連携推進
セールス&マーケティング、カスタマーサポート&サクセスなどの実行および組織構築
サービス提供における全体オペレーションの設計および運用改善
その他、新規事業開発および事業グロースに関わる業務

既に、医療・介護・ヘルスケア関連業界に対し、AI・IoT・ロボティクスなどを活用した複数のソリューションを共同開発／自社開発し、サービス提供を開始しています。
新規事業のソーシング、新サービス・プロダクトの企画開発、進捗中の各事業のグロースに至るまで、主導推進いただくことが本ポジションの期待役割です。

Responsibilities: 本社としての決算業務をリードする役割の他、管理会計やIR以外の決算、資金調達、税務申告などのファイナンス業務すべてを担うのが財務経理部です。財務経理部は「ガバナンスの番人役」ともいえ、国内だけでなく海外子会社も含めたガバナンスや効率化、正確性の担保がミッションとなりますので、さまざまな部門と連携し、話し合いながらスピーディーに業務を進めることが求められます。その中でもグローバル本社単体決算を担う会計・アドバイザリーグループ、関係会社決算を担うグローバル・インテリジェント・サービス室、国内外子会社の統制強化及び連結決算を担う連結グループにおいて、四半期決算業務、グループ会計システムの構築やルール作り、業務プロセス改善、子会社の内部統制強化に関わって頂く等、資生堂グローバルにおける変革の一助となって頂ける方を募集します。※ご経験とご希望をふまえ、ご入社時点での財務経理部内での配属グループを検討いたします。
業務内容：
経理/連結決算担当として月次、四半期、年度の連結決算に従事し、正確かつ効率的な会計処理よび分析により適正な対外開示を行うとともに、社内の関係者への報告、課題への対応を実施することで会社の持続的成長に寄与する
複数分野/事業にまたがるプロジェクトに参画し、会計面から自律的に分析・問題解決をしながら、プロジェクトのサポートを実施する
財務経理部におけるプロジェクトのリーダーとして、チームを率いてプロジェクトの計画、実行、監視、及び完了を管理する
社外や社内の関連者から情報を収集し、ビジネスや環境変化及び会計基準改定等への対応を適時に検討・提案する
国内外子会社との持続的コミュニケーションを通じ、内部統制の実態・課題を認識し、改善活動を主導、子会社と共に実施することで、グローバルでの内部統制を強化する。
当グループにおける会計処理方針や各種ルールを策定および見直しを図り、国内外の関係者に対しての教育や必要な内部統制の構築を実施する
