- ■職務内容：【入社後に任せる業務】本人の経験や適性を踏まえて、担当業務を決定します。1）リスク管理の推進リスクの抽出、評価・分析、重点化、リスク対応計画の策定、フォロー
事業部門におけるリスク管理の推進
発生したリスクへの対応、是正措置、再発防止、他事業部門への水平展開
リスク管理委員会の運営
2）その他、内部統制強化への取組み、コンプライアンス施策への取組み
■キャリアステップイメージ入社直後：業務経験を踏まえた上で判断しますが、当初は、上記の入社後に任せる業務の1の業務と2の業務の一部を中心に担当していただくことを予定しています。
5年後以降：業務適性を判断した上で、入社後に任せる業務の1以外にも、2の他の業務を行っていただくことも考えられます。
