■ポジションについて

プロジェクト数が増加しており、チームの規模を拡大中。
入社後約1か月間、社内研修で製品やプロセスについて学んでいただき、その後プロジェクトに参加していただきます
1年ほどの実務経験を経て、プロジェクトリーダーとしての独立したリードが期待されます
■具体的な業務内容
JOEM向け自動駐車支援システムのプロジェクトマネジメントを担当
JOEMとの技術交渉や窓口として、技術的なリードを行う
国内外（日本、ドイツ、ハンガリー、ルーマニア、中国、インド、ベトナム等）に広がる関連部署との調整とプロジェクト進行
新規ビジネス獲得のための営業支援や提案活動に参加

■チームについて
チームは15名で、20代の若手と40～50代のベテランが中心です。
将来のリーダー候補・即戦力のベテラン層を求めています。

■出張頻度
国内（自社テストコース、栃木）：月1回程度
国内（担当顧客、例：神奈川、栃木、愛知、広島）：月1回程度
海外出張：年1回程度（EU、インド、ベトナム等）

Responsibilities: 業務内容：
JOEMのADASシステムプロジェクトにおいて、お客様との重要な接点となり、プロジェクト全体を管理し、目標達成に導いていただきます。
海外にいるプロジェクトコアチームを率いて、グローバルな視点からプロジェクトを推進していただきます。
製品開発プロセス全体を通じて、お客様との調整役として、計画策定、進捗管理、リソース配分、リスク対応など、多岐にわたるプロジェクトマネジメント業務をお任せいたします。
品質ゲート会議やレビューの準備、実施を行い、経営層へプロジェクトの状況を正確かつタイムリーに報告していただきます。
