■業務内容
財務経理部財務課において、グループ会社を含めた資金管理業務全般をご担当いただきます。
■業務詳細
有価証券（主に株式）の取得・売却・評価
資金関係の四半期及び年次決算業務（BS中心、監査法人対応含む）
日常的な金融機関対応（借入、外為、保証など）
グループ会社のキャッシュフロー管理（月次チェックなど）
グループ会社の経理・資金面における課題整理・対策・仕組み構築など（海外出張あり）
海外含めた取引先（客先・仕入先）の与信業務
※業務に慣れてきた段階では課長補佐的な役割を期待します。

■海外出張頻度
年間3～5回くらい、出張期間は3～4日くらいが多い（出張目的による）
出張先は同社海外関係会社
※国内の出張頻度は少ない予定です。

近年は、新たな事業として国内外の保険会社（出再会社）からの受再（事業）に取り組んでおります。

■ポジションについて

再保険（受再）のアンダーライティング業務・対外折衝業務・管理業務およびこれらに関連する業務を担当いただきます。
再保険（受再）業務繁忙期以外では、商品業務部内の他の業務（出再や商品開発・管理業務等）を担当いただく可能性もあり、アンダーライターとしてのスキル・経験の幅が広がります。
※英語活用：メールのやりとりや、季節により変動がありますが、多いときには月複数回のミーティングの場面で英語を活用いただけます。
■組織構成
商品業務部：11名
LTD業務グループ、BAI業務グループ、再保険事業室の3グループに分かれております。
※再保険事業室での配属を予定しております。
■働く環境
少数精鋭のため、一人ひとりの裁量もあり、自由度高く業務に携わることができます。
原則出社勤務とはなっていますが、在宅勤務との併用（週１～2回）も可能です。
