■ポジションについて
同社の内部監査の調査業務をリードし、タイムリーかつ独立した保証業務を提供することで、統制文化の向上に貢献することを目的とします。
また、本ポジションは1～2名の部下をマネジメントします。

• 直属のシニア・インベスティゲーター1名のサポートを受けつつ、調査業務をリード
• レポートライン：内部監査部長およびアジア地域インベスティゲーション統括責任者
• 内部監査の方法論に則り、期限内に業務成果物を提出

■以下の主要なプロセスステップについて、自ら実行するか、もしくは部下による効果的な遂行を管理する責任を負います。

• 通報案件のトリアージおよびエスカレーション
• 調査の全フェーズの実行および文書化
• プロセスおよび文書化に対する品質チェックの実行（文書の明瞭性および・匿名性の確保を含むが、これに限定されない）
• 通報および調査事案の動向の分析
• 通報および調査活動について、シニア・インベスティゲーター、アジア地域インベスティゲーション統括責任者、AXAジャパン内部監査部長への報告
• 関連する法令および規制要件をすべてフレームワークに統合すること

Requirements

■必須

• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
  • 目安：TOEIC800点以上
• 人事部門（例：HRビジネスパートナー）、従業員対応（Employee Relations）関連業務、またはインベスティゲーション（調査）関連業務における十分な実務経験
• 組織運営・マネジメント上の課題に関する経験と理解
• 人事・人的資本関連の環境における各種システム、理論、実務慣行への深い理解
• 特定専門領域におけるシステム、理論、実務慣行への強い理解
