- Responsibilities
- ■職務内容：プラットフォームエンジニアとして、同社の開発者向けデジタルプラットフォームの設計、開発、運用、改善に貢献していただきます。開発者が必要なリソース（クラウド上の実行環境、CI/CDパイプライン、共通機能など）をセルフサービスで利用でき、本来のアプリケーション開発に集中できる環境を構築・提供することが主な役割です。
■プラットフォームの設計・開発・運用：クラウドサービスを活用した、スケーラブルで信頼性の高いプラットフォームアーキテクチャの設計・実装
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform etc.) を用いた、セキュアで効率的なランタイム環境の自動プロビジョニング機能の開発・保守
標準化されたCI/CDパイプラインの設計、構築、セキュリティチェック連携
開発者ポータルのカスタマイズ、プラグイン開発
共通モジュール・サービス (認証認可、ロギング、モニタリング等) の開発・提供
■開発者支援とDX推進：モダンな開発手法（アジャイル、DevOps、クラウドネイティブ）、アーキテクチャ、ツール活用に関する技術コンサルテーションやベストプラクティスの提供
開発者からのフィードバックを体系的に収集・分析し、デジタルプラットフォームだけでなく開発環境全体の継続的な改善活動を推進
Platform Engineeringプラクティス (自動化、標準化、セルフサービス) のIS/IT部門内への展開と定着支援
新技術（例: 生成AI、ローコード/ノーコードツール）の調査・評価、および開発プロセスへの応用可能性検討・導入支援
開発者コミュニティの活性化支援、勉強会や技術共有セッションの企画・運営を通じた組織的な学習文化の醸成
