■プロダクトについて
同プロダクトは、企業の中に散在する経営データ（財務数値／KPIの予算・見込・実績）の収集・統合・一元管理までを効率化し、高度な分析を可能にするクラウド経営管理システム
です。
2020年から提供開始した後、2023年からはマルチプロダクト展開にも注力し、計5つのプロダクト／サービスを提供するまでに至りました。
今後はデータとAIの活用を推進し、経営リソースの最適配分を意思決定できる、真のプランニング・プラットフォーム

■ポジションについて
「AIを業務に溶け込ませる」ことを目指し、LLM・AIエージェントを企業の中核業務へ本格的に導入しています。
PoC段階から本番運用へと進む中で、どの業務にAIを適用するか、どこまでLLMに任せるか、どのように設計すれば実際に使える仕組みになるかといった「技術と業務の翻訳」が重要になっています。
そのため、顧客の業務を深く理解し、AIエージェントのユースケースを設計し、技術チームと連携して実装まで導く

■具体的な業務内容
顧客の業務プロセス分析・課題の構造化
AI適用ポイントの特定とユースケース設計
LLM／AIエージェントの要件定義（FDEと連携）
業務フロー・ナレッジ・ツール連携を踏まえたAIエージェント設計
導入プロジェクトの推進（要件整理〜導入〜定着まで）
AI精度評価・改善サイクルの運用
顧客で生まれた成功パターンの標準化・プロダクトへのフィードバック
ステークホルダー管理、進捗・リスクのハンドリング
