- 人事採用業務を担当していただきます。当グループのホテル・サービスレジデンス事業を担うジャパンの人事採用を担うポジションです。採用戦略や人員計画、実際の採用実務、海外本社への各種報告書の作成などに携わっていただきます。
業務内容：
採用業務全般採用計画の立案/採用戦略の構築/必要要件の精査（母集団形成～選考プロセス～受諾率向上施策含め全て）
エージェントリレーション（複数社とのコミュニケーション、求人サイトの管理）
社内調整（面接セッティングやスケジュール調整）
面接や説明会の準備
各種書類作成
採用から内定に係る業務全般エージェントリレーション/求人サイトの管理
新卒採用業務
その他必要に応じて社内システム・アプリケーションデータ登録
部内業務改善
