- Responsibilities
Global Mobility Platform整備を通じて、現在の日本国内モビリティ業務・施策（インバウンドおよびアウトバウンド）を当社のグローバルモビリティ構造に変革および統合する上で主導的な役割を果たします。当社外国人幹部の日本勤務者向け対応や対象者へのモビリティサービス提供を管理します。社内の他部署（シェアドオペレーション部門、財務、人事等）並びに国内外グループ会社と連携しながら当該実務を担当します。
業務内容：
現在の日本固有のプロセス、ワークフロー、ポリシーを理解した上で、必要に応じた変更を提案・実行し、日本と海外両方で適切である状態にする
グローバルモビリティプロセス並びにポリシーの日常管理を行い、国内外当グループのすべての従業員に対する公平な待遇を推進
従業員とビジネス双方のリスク軽減のために、各国法律・規制、報告要件を考慮しながら、税金、入国管理、移転に関する深い技術的専門知識を提供
グローバルモビリティサービス提供及びコンプライアンス問題に関して、当グループ各社からのエスカレーションポイントとしての役割を果たす
グローバルモビリティ業務とプロセスの簡素化の調和を推進し、円滑に人財を移動させることでビジネスをサポート
標準化、有効性、効率性を高めるために、簡素化、重複の排除、引き継ぎの最小化等を積極的に推進
グローバルモビリティチームメンバーと協力して、日本の業務と施策をグローバルモデルと完全に連携・統合
日本勤務外国人駐在員（主に幹部）にモビリティサービスを提供
