ラグジュアリーブランド製品を取り扱う企業にてPTPアカウンティングアシスタントマネージャーを募集いたします。 このポジションは、経費精算システムコンカーの管理及び改善プロジェクト、買掛金業務に加え、PTPリーダーを支えチームを主導する事が主な業務となります。
また、購買チーム、財務、ITその他のファイナンスメンバーと緊密に連携し、協力し、当社の事業活動をサポートするための業務を行うことができる強いコミュニケーションスキルとチームプレイヤーであることが期待されています。
さらに、デジタル化、ペーパーレス、簡素化、生産性に関連するいくつかのイニシアチブやプロジェクトにも積極的に参加することが求められます。
▼担当いただく業務概要
T&Eコンカー・オペレーションのリード&マネージメント進行中のコンカー自動化AIプロジェクト対応（外部ベンダーとの打ち合わせ、交渉含む）、所属ETSスタッフの管理および全体的なコンカー・プロセスのマネージ
T&E監査のための内部統制チームとの協力、T&Eプロセスとコンプライアンスの改善、新入社員研修等説明会の実施
買掛金ベンダーの請求書情報のシステムへの転記および請求書の正確な会計システム(SAP)への記帳確認
税務、会計、管理の報告要件および会計方針に従った請求書の記入見直し、システムの改修や業務プロセス改善をリード
PTPチーム関連トレジャリーチームとの連携による正確且つタイムリーな支払いプロセスの実現、貸借対照表の定期的レビューと確認・分析
会計基準の遵拠確認とリスク管理、チームメンバーの能力開発とトレーニングサポート
プロジェクトコンカー自動化AIプロジェクト、支払いプロセス自動化プロジェクト
その他Digital/Automationにかかわるプロジェクト
