- 当社のブランドにおけるプロダクトマーケティングをお任せいたします。本国およびジャパンスタッフと連動し、日本でのローンチプランの設計、商品コンセプトや商品情報のローカライズ、商品カレンダー、競合他社調査、価格戦略、消費者調査、新商品および既存品の需要予測や在庫管理（PO＆FC）、プロダクトマスターデータの管理や商品投入のプロセスの管理を、スタッフをリードしながら実行していただきます。
アシスタントマネージャーとしての入社ですが、メンバースタッフ1名の指導業務を伴います。
ゆくゆくはマネージャー候補としてご活躍いただくことを想定しております。
ブランドの年間計画（マーケティングカレンダー）及びプロダクトごとの戦略の作成
プロダクトコンセプトメイクや商品情報や訴求のローカライズ及び訴求文言のON／OFFツールへの落とし込み
消費者調査の実施及び調査会社の管理及び日本市場におけるビューティートレンドや競合商品の調査、チームへのアウトプット
商品ローンチプラン・商品におけるIMCプランへの反映
商品の売上動向やプロモーションの生産性の分析及び課題と解決法、アクションプランの設定
本国と連動した限定品や企画品の企画・投入・結果検証
取引先や関連部署への新商品プレゼン
