Responsibilities

• 構造化・非構造化データのためのデータパイプラインの設計・構築
• ユースケースの特定に向けたエンジニアリングおよびビジネスチームとの連携
• システム全体におけるデータ品質、整合性、ガバナンスの確保
• モデルのパフォーマンス監視と必要に応じた再学習
• 探索的データ分析の実施と実用的なインサイトの提供
• クラウドプラットフォームやビッグデータツールを活用したスケーラブルなソリューションの実装
• 手法、ワークフロー、モデルの意思決定に関するドキュメントの作成
• 倫理的なAIの推進と規制に対するコンプライアンスの確保
• 監査対応およびデータセキュリティ・プライバシー施策への貢献

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネス問題解決のAIソリューション設計・実装・展開経験（4年以上）
• Python／Rustに精通
• Gitの実務経験
• Docker使用経験
• Microsoft Azureでの開発経験
• LLMおよびAgentic AIシステムの実務経験
• MCPサーバー導入・運用経験
• 開発および保守業務対応能力
• 課題解決力と柔軟性
• コミュニケーションと協働スキル
