人件費等の予算策定と中期的なタレントのケイパビリティの特定
タレントの特定、各種育成施策の検討、実施
評価制度（ポテンシャル・パフォーマンス評価）の企画および運用、各種課題の特定と問題解決
報酬制度の企画および運用、各種課題の特定と問題解決
従業員満足度を上げるための企画立案と実行
HR関連イニシアチブ（カルチャー変革、新評価・育成フレームワークの導入・浸透、新HRITシステムの導入・浸透等）への参画
個人属性、パフォーマンスデータ等の分析、課題抽出等
労務関連、グローバル関連の案件対応
