  Responsibilities

  当社のHuman Resources Business Partner（以下、HRBP）は主に事業推進を担うリーダーの人事パートナーとして、当グループの多様な挑戦をドライブさせるべく、人と組織の強化・最適化に努めています。そのために、日々の業務において、次の3つのアプローチを大切にしています。1つ目が「当社にとっての一番の資産である『人』とその集合体である『組織』に常に目を向けること」、2つ目が「マネジメント(経営 / VP / Manager)を巻き込み事業にインパクトある絵を描くこと」、そして最後は「実行に責任を持ち、”last one mile”を大事に成功まで繋げること」です。HRBPは、経営やVPを含むリーダー層と協同し、事業戦略を成功させるうえで必要な人事・組織戦略を策定し実行します。また、常に変化する組織のなかで、人事課題の特定を行い、早期解決に努めています。本ポジションは、当グループの複数ある新規事業のいずれかのHRBPとして働いていただくことを想定した採用を行います。実際のアサインは、候補者の方のご経験や入社時の事業状況に応じて検討させていただきます。新規事業のHRBPとして想定される具体的な業務内容は下記のとおりです。

  担当組織の人員計画策定と実現に向けた採用チームとの協業
  組織・チーム・従業員のエンゲージメント向上
  従業員のキャリア・育成・タレントマネジメント
  従業員の労務管理及び労務対応人事・評価・報酬制度運用
  
  組織運営に関わる各種オペレーション構築と対応
  その他、人事企画や制度設計におけるCenter of Excellence（人事スペシャリストチーム）との連携
  各種取り組み例：Strategic workforce management
  Manager育成施策
  新入社員オンボーディングの企画・運用
  Talent Review、サクセッションプランニング

  カテゴリーごとに担当バイヤーがついており、仕入販売商品の選定や売上利益の数値管理はもちろん、自社の市場・顧客分析などを行い、担当カテゴリーの商品と楽天ユーザーのマッチングを実施することで、売上の最大化を目指します。
