  経営企画業務、中期経営計画、年次計画の策定と推進各事業部より経営判断をする上で必要な根拠データを収集・分析し戦略立案など行います。
  
  M&A、アライアンスの推進各事業部と交えてM&Aに関する企画や、グローバルアライアンス企画について、経営視点からのアドバイス、コーディネート
  
  海外現地法人管理海外現地法人における予算編成、業績管理（分析と推進）の取りまとめ、管理体制の構築海外現地法人との連絡会の運営、ファシリテーション（英語）
