- ■業務内容：
航空エンジンの部品修理における生産準備及び現場指導をお任せします。機種毎の整備マニュアル（英／日）を理解し、現場作業者に指示する手順書への反映や製造現場の各種表面処理設備に対する工程管理を行います。エンジン部品全ての修理を請け負っているため、工程は洗浄、溶射、メッキ、塗装、熱処理、溶接など様々ございます。例えば、手順書作成では、英文マニュアルでは『塗装』としか表記がないため、自社技術や設備を活かして、どう手順書に落とし込むか考える必要があります。
