- グローバル展開している自動車業界において、当社事業も海外に生産拠点を多数配置し業界、地域経済、環境改善等に貢献しています。多数ある海外生産拠点は生産量も多く、特に品質は重要な要素であり、海外拠点の品質保証部門（駐在）が重要な役割を担います。そのため海外生産拠点の品質保証部門長候補を募集します。
入社後は日本の品質保証部員として在籍し、グローバル品質保証業務で短期で経験値を上げた後、海外拠点の品質保証担当または部門長を数年間行います。その後帰任含めたローテーションを行い、グローバルな品質保証と生産拠点の改善支援を行います。
