    Responsibilities
    He/She is in charge of all the general admin matters, including HR admin, labor admin, office management, and secretary work.His/Her primary target is to ensure smooth back-office operation and enable a comfortable office and working environment to allow colleagues to focus on their core business and create a comfortable working environment.
    Main responsibilities:

    General admin
    Manage the office environment
    Manage postal mails and incoming calls
    Signature arrange and saving BoD and Committee meetings
    Schedule internal meetings

    HR and Labor
    Coordinate with Labor and Social Security Attorney (社労士) to monitor labor related admins including revision of Employee Handbook (就業規則)
    Workhour monitoring (勤怠管理)
    Account, business card and device management related to hiring and resignation
    Stock Option related admin

    Event Planning
    Plan annual and adhoc offsite, from finding venues, negotiating pricing, managing vendors, organizing logistics
    Arranging trips, including obtaining a business trip visa

    Legal admin
    Arranging trips and company offsite, including obtaining a business trip visa
    Assistance in the preparation of documents required by group companies and investors (Notarization, Due Diligence, etc.)
    Assistance in the preparation of documents for registration / 登記
    Preparation of documents requested by investors (For seal certificate / 印鑑証明書, corporate registry / 登記簿謄本, etc.)
    Signature arrange and saving contracts proceed based on legal Flow

    Responding to various inquiries. Quickly connect to the right person if necessary
    Schedule management support
    Expense management support
