  Our client is a long-established international trading company with a deep understanding of the Japanese market. They operate a diverse business across multiple industries such as agriculture, energy, metals, chemicals, automotive, construction materials, and food. They provide a wide range of products and services, including agricultural supplies, energy trading, metal and chemical trading, automotive parts sales, construction materials, and food processing and distribution.

  Responsibilities

  １）乗合保険会社（約20社）との毎月の精算業務 顧客からの日々の振込を受け、契約管理システムと収支明細表に入出金の履歴をつける
  月末に代理店手数料を差し引き保険会社へ送金
  通帳残高を合わせ部署の毎月の収支を確定させる
  ２）海外提携保険代理店との精算業務 海外提携保険代理店へ営業スタッフが請求したFeeの日々の入出金管理
  海外提携保険代理店との年に一回の精算業務。海外代理店毎（約40社）に、前年の契約リストをシステムから抽出し、翌年に紹介料を算出し支払う。
  海外提携代理店との入出金履歴に基づき、毎月の収支を確定させる。
  ３）その他、経理事務 毎月の契約実績のリスト作成、営業との確認作業。
  毎月の部署の経費処理（事務消耗品費、新聞代、駐車場代等の様々な経理の伝票起票とシステム入出力）
