- Responsibilities
- 当社の主力製品である電子ビームマスク描画装置の電子光学鏡筒部分における開発業務をお任せします。新規開発された電子光学鏡筒の評価を行い、その結果を設計グループにフィードバックすることで、量産レベルまで製品の完成度を高める業務です。また、その過程で電子ビーム調整方法の開発を行い、調整自動化のためのソフトウェアの開発や実装もご担当いただきます。2年ほどで新機種を開発しており、次々と新しい装置の開発に携わることができる環境です。装置の立上げやトラブルシューティングなどで海外出張の可能性がございますが、常態化しているものではなく、必要に応じて出張に行くスタイルとなります。
業務内容：
電子ビームマスク描画装置の開発
電子ビームの調整方法開発、電子ビーム自動調整ソフトウェアの開発/実装（主にC言語、C++を使用）
電子ビームマスク描画装置のオペレーション（装置のビーム調整など一部手動で動かす部分のオペレーション業務）
電子光学鏡筒の評価データ取得、統計的手法を用いたデータ解析、実装設計グループへのフィードバック
