Responsibilities
Main responsibilities: Perform the following tasks under the direction of superiors: Formulate and execute marketing strategies related to cosmetics and facial devices Support business growth and contribute to the achievement of company-wide strategy. Formulate and execute brand strategies to improve the image and credibility of the company and products. Evaluate and analyze the implementation status and results of various measures based on the strategy, and reflect them in marketing strategies. Formulation, execution, and progress management of cosmetics and facial device marketing strategies Develop and execute annual sales plans, including product and program implementation Analyze and evaluate product sales activities based on strategy Implementation and analysis of cosmetics and facial device market research Researching the sales trends of beauty products in the Japan market and reporting to the head office Research and analyze consumer behavior and economic trends
