Responsibilities
With the cooperation of each related department, this department plans and designs new products, develops and launches them, and its work covers a wide range of areas. The organization is made up of members with various specialties, including project management, planning, marketing, tax, legal affairs, business method documents and terms and conditions, actuarial science, and data science. Main responsibilities: Creating basic documents (business method documents, terms and conditions) Planning mid- to long-term product strategies Product planning, development, design and product development Coordination and negotiation with related departments Creating internal review documents Surveying trends of other companies, researching and studying new products Marketing, customer needs surveys, monitoring new contract performance Supporting project management, etc. - Gain a wide range of work experience related to new product development.
