  業務内容：
  各イベントの要件を理解する
  財政的および時間的制約に注意しながらイベントを計画する
  会場を予約し、講演者のスケジュールを立てる
  ベンダー (ケータリング、装飾業者、ミュージシャンなど) を調査し、品質とコストの最適な組み合わせを選択する
  ベンダーと交渉して、最も有利な条件を実現する
  すべてのイベント運営を管理する (会場の準備、招待状など)
  イベント当日に最終チェックを行い (装飾、テクノロジー、運営など)、すべてが基準を満たしていることを確認する
