  株主総会事務局運営（各種スケジュールの立案・管理、関係資料・想定問答作成、リハーサル、当日対応等全般）
  一般株主からの問合せ対応
  その他株式事務全般
  コーポレートガバナンス報告書の作成（コーポレートガバナンスコードの改正時）
