業務内容：
行内各部署へ入り込み、DXを活用した課題解消や社内業務高度化を提案
行内各部署における課題・ニーズの見える化、ハイレベルでのDXソリューション検討と施策立上・導入支援
社内情シス部署、もしくは、外部ベンダーへの要件提示、見積依頼から発注、リリースに至るまでのプロジェクト管理（含むテスト工程）全般
ユーザ要件を踏まえ、Microsoft PowerPlatform等のローコード/ノーコードソリューションを用いたツール作成
各種BPRソリューションの発掘とツールの試行（PoC）の実施、及び所管ソリューションの管理
BPR方法論のブラッシュアップと行内向け研修の実施
上記業務について、以下のいずれかまたは複数の役割を担っていただきますプロジェクトマネージャー(PM)：マネージメントの方針に基づき、実務レベルでのロードマップを描き、実行計画を策定し、その実行計画管理、推進を主導
システム開発推進：要件定義、そこから社内情シス部署、もしくは、外部ベンダーと連携して見積を作成。各種行内手続きを経てテスト・リリースまでのプロジェクト推進
ビジネスアナリスト(BA)：要件定義や事務・システム設計を主導（特定のソリューションについて、開発標準や管理方針の策定や実装を担うケースもある）
経験に応じて、チームメンバーの一員として、上記業務遂行に必要な、資料の作成、PoC実行、民主化ツールの開発等からスタートいただくことも可能です
