A note to all job offerers

For the Record

Scope of the job classification and other tasks which must be handled

PERSOL CAREER shall provide consulting services in relation to human resource hiring activities in all job categories in the following areas: all areas within domestic Japan, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Republic of Singapore, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Republic of the Philippines, the Kingdom of Thailand, the Republic of Indonesia, and the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal.

Please be aware, however, that there may be cases where an application for job offer cannot be accommodated if the content of the application is in violation of laws or ordinances or the labor conditions including wages and working hours are significantly inappropriate compared with normal labor conditions.
 

Fees

A placement service contract shall be concluded separately, but the fee chart for referral-based commissions is shown below. Please give it an inspection. Also note that no fees will be collected from any job seekers.

3rd payment (when the company decided to hire the job seeker)

20,000,000 yen

Matters relating to the system of refunds
 

PERSOL CAREER's system of refunds is as shown below. Furthermore, in accordance with contracts between companies seeking workers and PERSOL CAREER, there are cases where arrangements differ from the following.

Status of personal information handling

[3] In cases where a request is received from the individual themselves to disclose pertinent information, individuals who handle personal information shall without delay disclose information based on objective facts (qualifications held, employment experience etc. ) in accordance with the request of the individual themselves. In cases where complaints are submitted in relation to personal information by the individuals themselves, the person in charge of the employment placement shall correct without delay misunderstandings and errors in record if any, and appropriately attend to said complaints in good faith.

Fees

Fees shall be collected from companies seeking workers. As stipulated in Japan's Employment Security Act Article 32-3.2, absolutely no fees will be collected from any job seekers.

Matters relating to the system of refunds

 

Refunds are made to companies seeking workers in accordance with the stipulations of PERSOL CAREER's system of refunds as follows: Furthermore, in accordance with contracts between companies seeking workers and PERSOL CAREER, there are cases where arrangements differ from the following.

Cases where separation takes place within one month from onboarding

Refund of 80% of the success fee

Cases where separation takes place after one month but within 3 months from onboarding

Refund of 50% of the success fee

Cases where separation takes place after 3 months but within 6 months from onboarding

Refund of 5% of the success fee

Status of personal information handling

Information of a required scope for employment placement, will only be gathered from 3rd parties when there is direct contact from companies seeking workers or job seekers, or based on the consent of the companies seeking workers or job seekers. Also, the storage or use of personal information shall be limited to the scope of the employment placement purpose. Moreover, measures to manage personal information are as noted below.

[1] The scope of staff members to handle personal information within the office shall be those of  doda Agent Division, CREDENCE Department, doda Plus Division, Executive & High Career Agent Division, Global Career Group, Community Life Establishment for Foreigners, Talent Alliance Department and BRS Department of PERSOL CAREER CO., LTD. The person in charge of handling personal information is the representative in charge of the employment placement branch.

[2] The person in charge of the employment placement shall ensure that staff members within the branch who handle personal information noted in [1], are given training/direction relating to the handling of personal information once every year. Furthermore, person in charge of the employment placement shall at least once every 5 years attend a course for persons in charge of employment placement to gain knowledge/information pertaining to personal information protection.

[3] In cases where a request is received from the individual themselves to disclose pertinent information, individuals who handle personal information shall without delay disclose information based on objective facts (qualifications held, employment experience etc.) in accordance with the request of the individual themselves. Moreover, based on such disclosure of information, if requests are made for amendments (including deletions. The same applies hereinafter.), amendments shall be made without delay in cases where said request conforms with the objective facts.
Furthermore, the person in charge of the employment placement shall endeavor to handle disclosures of personal information or amendments in common knowledge with the job seeker, etc.

[4] In cases where complaints are submitted in relation to said personal information of job seekers etc. by the individuals themselves, the person in charge of processing complaints will appropriately attend to said complaints in good faith.
The person in charge of processing complaints pertaining to the handling of personal information shall be the representative in charge of the employment placement
