Services at BRS

Contingency search

Consultants in each specialization will personally search and introduce the most qualified candidates. An invoice is issued only after the candidate has successfully joined the company.

Retained search

An exclusive contract to have a dedicated team assigned to fill a specific position. A startup fee is charged before the project commences,
while the remaining fee is invoiced after the candidate joins the company.

Project - based search

Appropriate for clients that require multiple hires in a short period of time.
Depending on the volume and time frame, various methods are used to ensure a certain number of hires.
