About BRS

BRS was established in 2012 as a specialized division of PERSOL CAREER — a leading HR services company with over 6,000 employees and deep industry expertise. As a relatively young and growing part of the organization, BRS offers a dynamic environment where individual contributions are highly visible and directly shape the direction and success of the team.
English is our official working language, and our team reflects a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds. While we value each person’s individual working style, we place equal importance on collaboration and mutual support as we pursue ambitious goals together.
Work environment

We offer flexible work arrangements designed to support a healthy balance between professional and personal life, including a flextime system with core hours and a hybrid remote work setup.
Career growth is actively encouraged, with opportunities for skill development and increased autonomy. At PERSOL, paternity leave is strongly supported, and the number of men taking advantage of this benefit continues to grow each year.
Our office features an open seating plan, comfortable relaxation areas, and private booths — giving you the flexibility to collaborate or focus, depending on your needs.
Administrative support

At BRS, our admin team handles essential operations, enabling consultants to focus on client relationships and recruitment success.
This collaboration reduces the administrative burden and creates an environment where consultants can maximize their time, energy, and expertise.
