Responsibilities

自動車向け電子接続部品の品質保証として、顧客対応を起点に不具合の原因分析から対策実行までを一貫して推進いただきます。国内外工場と連携し、品質改善をリードいただきます。

• 顧客からの不具合情報を受領し、国内工場、海外工場（中国、タイ、EMEA等）へ情報展開をして原因調査と対策を実施する。
• 顧客の要求を認識し、社内に展開し、顧客要求を満足する。
• 品質問題が発生した国内工場、海外工場に出張し、現地エンジニア（品質管理、製造技術等）と改善活動を推進する。
• 品質方針、品質目標に従った改善活動の推進。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 品質保証業務として3年程度の実務経験

■語学：

• 英語：中級
