Responsibilities

海外本部の経営支援を担う役割です。
【具体的に】

• 全社戦略と本部経営のつなぎ役として本部方針・数値計画策定の推進
• 投融資に関する本部内プロセスの設計・運営と案件推進支援
• 本部全体を俯瞰した連結財務状況のモニタリングと課題抽出/打ち手明確化

Requirements

■必須条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC800点以上/交渉レベル）
• 以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
  • 出資先・子会社の業績管理、または中期経営計画・予算策定の実務経験
  • 投融資案件の推進経験、または経営企画・営業企画等におけるプロセス設計の経験
  • 戦略/オペレーション領域におけるプロフェッショナルアドバイザリー経験

■歓迎条件：

• フランス語力
• USCPA、公認会計士、簿記1級等の会計関連資格
• 海外駐在経験
