We are engaged in comprehensive facility management, particularly providing Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, including food services. We prioritize meeting the needs of clients with a global perspective, establishing an international network to offer optimal services and technology for IFM implementation in Japan. Leveraging our extensive experience and expertise, we support clients in organizational transformation, aiming to improve productivity and quality of life (QOL). Our workplace services promote employee interaction and create productive work environments. Our soft FM services provide optimal cleaning, security, and business support while complying with various regulations. Our hard FM services manage a wide range of facilities, from new buildings to those over 50 years old, with skilled and certified technicians available nationwide.

Responsibilities

• 日常的な社食サービス運営の統括管理（朝・昼・夜の食事提供）※食事準備や提供実務はメンバーが対応いたします。
• ブッフェサービス、お弁当サービスの統括管理
• オフィス内におけるフードイベントの企画立案および運営（季節メニューやアニバーサリーイベントなど）
• クライアントとの打ち合わせ、ミーティングの実施（英語対応含む）
• メンバーマネジメント
• 業務フローの整備、マニュアル作成
• 予算管理、コストコントロール
• KPI設定および売上実績の要因分析
• 業務効率化およびサービス品質向上のための施策の立案やトレーニング　など

Requirements

• 基本的PCスキル（Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPointなど）
• フードサービス業務の管理経験（社員食堂運営、フードイベント企画運用など）
• リーダーやマネジメントのご経験
