Responsibilities

• 企業ブランドの信頼・共感を高めるマーケティング施策の企画・実行
• ブランド調査の企画・分析およびKPI／KGI設計（他チーム連携）
• 広告、イベント、動画、Web等を活用した統合的な施策設計
• ソーシャルメディア・動画などのコンテンツ企画
• 制作・経営層・社員へのインタビューおよびストーリーコンテンツ制作
• サステナビリティ、社会貢献、全国拠点の活動に関する情報発信
• 組織風土・カルチャーに関わるコンテンツの企画・発信

Requirements

• 社内外の関係者と協力しながらプロジェクトを推進した経験
• 新しい取り組みや企画を主体的に提案できる力
• 英語力（ビジネスレベル）

• PR／広報／コーポレートコミュニケーションの経験
• マーケティング、コンテンツ企画・制作の経験
• コンサルティング、事業企画などの企画系業務経験
• 社会課題やテクノロジー領域に関する情報発信
• 企画経験・イベントやコンテンツプロジェクトの企画・推進経験
