Responsibilities

国際物流における輸送・倉庫パートナーの選定および価格交渉を主導し、市況変動に耐え得る競争力ある物流コストの創出に貢献する。
業務内容：

• 交渉戦略策定
• 輸送（海上、航空、ドレージ）、倉庫パートナー等との交渉（定期交渉に加え、都度交渉も含む）マーケット分析、事業計画用インディケーション策定
• 新委託パートナーと実物流業者間の運用構築の主導。定着後も安定運用に向けた定点観測と業務プロセスの見直し
• その他SA(スタンドアロン)化に向けた各種業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• 国際物流（輸送・倉庫）の実務知識およびコスト構造理解
• フォワーダー／倉庫パートナーとの価格交渉・契約条件調整の主導経験
• 市況・見積データの分析力、交渉戦略の立案力
• コミュニケーション力 (対外、対内他部門、自部門)
• 課題形成力と自ら解決を図る行動力
