Company overview

We support the business growth of our group companies and manage their operations. Aiming to make "the lives of people around the world more enjoyable," we are building a global entertainment network. We operate amusement facilities and karaoke chains across the country, and we also engage in a wide range of entertainment businesses, including character merchandising, food and beverages, and content and promotions (such as movies and interactive content). We have expanded not only domestically but also to North America, China, Taiwan, the UK, and the Middle East, aiming to increase the overall amount of joy circulating in the world.

Responsibilities

• 月次、四半期、年次決算の主導と日本本社へのレポーティング
• 外部監査法人や税務アドバイザーとの調整・折衝、プロジェクトマネジメント
• 予算策定、予実分析、KPI管理、在庫・資金繰り予測モデルの設計
• M&Aに伴う会計方針の統合、内部統制（J-SOX等）の構築支援

Requirements

必須：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 英語圏における海外駐在・滞在経験および、現地スタッフや外部専門家と対等に折衝・合意形成ができるレベルのコミュニケーション能力
• 計数管理スキル
• 単独で月次決算を自走し完遂できる実務能力（目安：実務経験5年以上、またはUSCPA等の資格保有、もしくはそれと同等の専門知識を有する方）
• プレイングマネジャー経験
• 3名～10名規模のチームにおいて、メンバーの育成だけでなく、自らも手を動かしながら業務フローの構築や改善をリードした経験
