Responsibilities

• 海外航空機リース子会社の株主としての立場から、同子会社の経営戦略／業務計画を議論し、計数計画を策定し、経営会議等に対応します。
• 業績等の期中進捗管理、予実差分析、社内宛報告などの計数管理を行います。
• 会計、資金調達、M&A、ESG戦略など幅広い業務と連携し、主体的に業務を進めます。
• グローバルビジネス部門全般の経営戦略／業務計画を議論し、計数計画を策定し、経営会議等に対応します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 金融業界、リース業界、商社、コンサルティング会社などでの企画業務経験
• ビジネス英語力（目安TOEIC(R)テスト750点以上）
• 各種ステークホルダーとの調整力

歓迎条件：

• 海外グループ会社に係る業務計画／計数管理等の経営管理経験
• 経営戦略策定／予算策定経験
