Company overview

We specialize in the development and sale of flying cars. Our business includes the development, design, manufacturing, and sales of these vehicles. We offer two distinctive features: first, we provide the world's smallest "flying car" capable of door-to-door transportation, and second, we offer cargo drones for transporting heavy goods, with models capable of carrying payloads exceeding 30 kilograms. We recently initiated manned flight tests, marking a significant milestone in the development of flying cars in Japan and contributing to the creation of a new era of mobility.

Responsibilities

• 戦略購買担当として、航空機組立ライン向け部品の契約・調達を担当し、Strategic Procurement Managerに直接レポートします。
• 主な責任範囲は、サプライヤーとの関係構築および担当領域における調達戦略（コモディティ戦略）の推進です。
• 主要な契約交渉の支援および主導（コスト分析、契約条件の交渉を含む）
• 購買業務管理（部品・サービスの調達、購買関連ドキュメントの作成・管理）
• 担当コモディティにおけるサプライヤー運用および関係管理
• コスト低減・コスト管理（目標達成に向けた施策）
• 調達戦略の企画・実行の支援および主導

※国内外への出張（最大25%）に対応可能であること

Requirements

• 国際調達、サプライチェーン管理、または商取引契約のいずれかの経験
• 多様な環境下でも成果を出せる柔軟性・粘り強さ
• 製品コスト管理の実績
• 契約・価格・クレーム交渉の経験

• 日本語＋英語がビジネスレベル～ネィティブレベル
• 航空宇宙業界経験
• Oracle NetSuiteの使用経験
• 生産計画、エンジニアリング、品質などの関連領域の経験
