Responsibilities

■業務内容：・会社戦略計画の策定

• 戦略イニシアチブの策定・ターゲット設定・アクションプラン策定
• 会社戦略に沿ったプロジェクト投資アロケーションの策定
• 同社グループへの報告資料策定・報告
• 会社戦略の会社全体への周知

・会社戦略計画の実行状況の管理・報告

• 各ビジネスユニットと連携し、戦略アクションの実行状況（マイルストーン・KPI)をモニタリング
• 戦略イニシアチブの問題点・リスクの管理・解決
• 経営会議の運営

・マーケット(競合環境)調査・レポートの作成

• マーケット環境の調査、報告資料作成・ExComへの報告（半期毎）

・子会社管理

• 子会社戦略策定の管理
• グループシナジーイニシアチブの策定・管理・実行支援

・新規事業機会の創出

• 戦略的パートナーシップの構築
• M&A業務のサポート

Requirements

■必須要件

• ビジネスレベルの英語力

※上記に加え下記いずれかに該当する方

• 保険会社で何かしらのご経験をお持ちの方（目安3年以上）
• コンサルタントとしてのご経験をお持ちの方

■歓迎条件

• エグゼクティブ(CxO level)との仕事経験
• マーケティング、データ分析、プレゼンテーションスキル
• 金融・保険ファイナンス知識
• 企画部門での業務経験、ビジネスパートナーとの協業経験
