Responsibilities

<企業の中途採用支援>

• 企業の成長を後押しする採用戦略を提案・実行していただきます。
• 採用支援先の開拓：業界知識を活かし、新たな支援先企業を開拓
• 人材マッチング・採用戦略の提案：企業の要件に合った人材をサーチ・提案し、企業の採用成功をサポート
• 採用パートナーとしての継続的支援：転職市場の動向やアドバイスを提供し、企業を長期的に支援

<個人の転職支援>

• キャリアパートナーとして転職活動を支援し、人生の変化をサポートします。
• 転職活動支援：求職者の現在と希望をヒアリングし、最適な転職先を提案します。応募から入社後のフォローまでを包括的に支援（応募書類の作成支援や面接準備、条件交渉、入社から入社後のフォローなど）
• 新たなキャリアの可能性を開拓：転職潜在層に対しても、転職市場の情報提供を通じて、新たなキャリアの選択肢を提案

Requirements

• 人材紹介営業の経験(RA、CA不問)
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
