Responsibilities

• EHS（環境・安全・衛生）に関する法令遵守を軸とした業務推進
• 関連部門と連携しながら、コミュニケーション力・調整力・リーダーシップを発揮し、EHSパフォーマンスの向上をリード
• EHSに関わる各種許認可取得・更新のための行政機関との折衝・調整
• 年間EHS計画の実行リード
• 現場での継続的な巡視・観察を行い、EHSリスクの特定および改善状況のフォロー
• ISO14001／ISO45001マネジメントシステムの有効な運用および継続的改善の推進
• 聴覚保全などを含むIH（インダストリアル・ハイジーン／作業環境管理）業務
• 化学物質管理全般、特に高い毒性を持つ化学物質の管理
• 公害防止、エネルギー削減、有害廃棄物の管理および削減活動の推進・管理
• 事業所ごとのEHS教育・トレーニングプログラムの企画および実施
• JSA（作業安全分析）、BBS（行動ベース安全）、エルゴノミクスなどの
• EHS関連プログラムの維持・改善
• 緊急時・危機管理・BCP（事業継続計画）対応および定期的な訓練・演習の実施　他

Requirements

必須条件：

• 安全、環境、IH（インダストリアル・ハイジーン）分野を専攻した学士号以上
• 外資系（多国籍）製造業におけるEHS実務経験5年以上
• 地方自治体・行政機関におけるEHS関連法令・規制への知識と実務理解
• 製造業（機械、電子、化学など）での業界経験
• 機械安全（Machine Guarding）、LOTO（ロックアウト／タグアウト）、化学物質管理に関する知識・経験
• 現場EHS管理に関する高い専門知識
• 出張対応が可能な方（特にアジア太平洋地域への出張あり）
