Responsibilities

• 経営陣・事業部門・買収先リーダーとのディスカッションを通じた統合方針策定
• 海外子会社買収における統合に向けた下記の業務推進支援
• 買収後のPMIロードマップ・統合計画策定（Day1／100日／1年計画）
• オペレーション／IT／人事／財務・会計等関連領域との横断プロジェクト推進
• 事業シナジーの定義・進捗管理・成果モニタリング
• ガバナンス設計・KPI／管理プロセス整備
• 組織文化統合、コミュニケーション設計・チェンジマネジメント
• 海外子会社／事業部門との協業

Requirements

応募条件：

• （※下記いずれか必須）
• PMI（統合／分離）プロジェクト経験（メンバー可）
• M&Aに関わる実行・企画経験
• 事業会社での企画／経営企画／事業推進経験
• コンサルティングファームでの実務経験
• (※下記は必須）
• 英語（ビジネスレベル）での折衝経験
• 戦略、経営管理、財務・会計、に対する一定の知見
• コミュニケーションレポート作成能力

歓迎要件：

• クロスボーダーPMIまたは海外事業経験
• 事業シナジー評価／バリュエーション理解
