Responsibilities

【業務内容】泌尿器がん領域への参入を予定しており、泌尿器がん領域の戦略について策定をしている中で、営業本部のマーケティング担当を募集します。
【業務詳細】

• 資材作成等を通じた施策浸透
• 効果的な施策浸透への貢献（コンサルティング力向上、学会との関係強化、KOLマネジメント、スピーカー育成等）
• 本社イベントの企画・運営
• 売上計画／予算の進捗管理
• 統括支店／支店の課題理解、解決に向けた活動

【ポジションの目的】

• 全社戦略に基づき、オンコロジー領域戦略の企画立案および実行を能動的に行い、国内外重要顧客対応や製品価値最大化にむけた行動を通じて、当社プレゼンスを向上させる
• 国内主要学会および重要団体ならびにKOLをはじめとした重要顧客との活動を実行し、担当領域強化に繋げる戦術実行を通じ、巻き込むメンバーをリードし、チームとしての成果に繋げる
• インハウスデータに加え外部データを自ら分析し、エリアの戦略への影響力発揮と支援を行う

Requirements

■必須条件：

• MR資格
• 泌尿器がん領域での営業・マーケティング経験
• 泌尿器がん領域KOLとの業務経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
