Responsibilities

• ビジネスが主導するIT改革プロジェクトの実行にフォーカスしたプロジェクトマネージャーとしての職務である。
• 適切なガバナンスとアジャイル方法に則ったプロジェクトの開始から完了までのプロジェクトデリバリーを担当する。
• プロジェクトの立ち上げから効果実現に至るまで、ビジネスベネフィットのためにプログラムを推進する。
• 課題の追跡、管理、リスクの事前阻止、およびプロジェクトの成功を確実にするためにコントロールポイントとして行動する。
• プロジェクトの課題と開発に関するタイムリーな洞察と報告により、トランスフォーメーションサービスリードを支援する。
• 構造化された計画、RAIDログ、ガバナンス、運営委員会によりプログラムを徹底管理する。

Requirements

• 社内外とのコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーションスキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語の読み書き、ビジネスレベルの英語の読み書き（スピーキング尚可）
• 5年程度のプロジェクト管理経験（コンサルティング経験があれば尚可）

歓迎条件:

• プロジェクト関連の資格があれば尚可（PMP、スクラムなど）
